What this does
Your catalogue. Every product, its variants, their prices and SKUs, and the documents customers can read before they buy.
Before you start
Nothing.
Steps
- Open Products.
- Search, or filter by status and stock level.
- Select a product to edit it, or use the bulk controls to change the status of several at once.
What happens next
Only active products appear in your storefront. Draft and hidden products are yours alone; archived ones are kept for their order history but are out of the way.
Common problems
I changed a price and my storefront still shows the old one. Storefront pages are cached briefly. Give it a minute.
A product will not go active. It needs at least one variant with a price.
I want to delete a product. Archive it instead. Deleting would take its order history with it, which would change what your past orders say they were.
