Can I see my store before I pay?

Yes. Build a free preview and review its pages before subscribing. No card is required for the preview. If the import misses anything, contact us before launch.

What if I already have a website?

Start with its address. Review the imported products, photos and pages against your original site. Core uses Axiom or Union; rebuilding your existing design needs Growth, and an inspired design needs Command. The builder shows the required plan before you commit.

Does Torva provide a payment processor?

Torva provides storefront and order software. You configure the supported payment methods for your business. Card processing requires a separate provider account and its approval; the provider decides whether to approve your account.

What does launch help include?

We help review your catalog, storefront pages, domain and payment and shipping settings. You review the result and supply your own accurate product documents and business policies. Email dane@torvaos.com if you want to walk through it together.
