TORVA OS · POLICIES

Subprocessors

Every company Torva relies on to run the platform, what it does, and what it can see. We list them by name because “service providers and affiliates” tells you nothing.

The register

Checked against the code and the running configuration on the date above. Rows marked optional only apply if you or a merchant switches that feature on.

Where the data is

Torva’s database, authentication and file storage run on managed infrastructure in the United States. The application is served from a global edge network, so a request is handled near you and the data behind it stays in the United States.

The services above are predominantly United States companies processing data in the United States. If you or your customers are outside the US, using Torva means data is transferred there. Where a transfer mechanism is required, we rely on the standard contractual clauses in each provider’s data processing terms.

Changes to this list

We keep this page current rather than accurate-as-of-signup. When we add a subprocessor that can see merchant or customer data, we update this page and the date at the top, and we email account owners before it starts.

To be told about changes in advance, or to ask about a specific provider, email hello@torvaos.com.
