No. Building and previewing your store is free on any plan, and you can move up from inside your Desk when you need more. The one thing to know first: a store built inspired by another site you like goes live on Command, and a rebuild of your current site goes live on Growth or Command.
A named person for your launch rather than a general queue, and a guided walk through going live. It is support, not unlimited custom development — the scope and response targets are set out before you subscribe.
It removes Torva branding from your storefront, so customers see your brand and not ours. Your Desk is still Torva.
Describe the change you want and it is applied to your Studio draft for you to review. It edits the same draft the visual editor does, and publishing is still a deliberate step you take.
Yes. Ask within 30 days of your first subscription payment on any plan and we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Payments to third parties, such as your domain registrar, are not Torva payments and are not covered.
