What we refund
Your first Torva subscription payment, in full. One guarantee per customer, and not for an account closed for breaking the acceptable use policy. The refund policy has the full terms.

What we cannot refund
Money you paid to someone else: your domain registrar, your payment processor, postage and carriers. Those are not Torva payments, so they are not ours to return.

How to ask
Contact Torva support from inside your account within the 30 days and ask for the refund. You do not need a reason, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
Do I need a reason?
No. “I changed my mind” is a complete answer. There is no exit interview and no retention offer.

What happens to my store?
Your storefront stops being live when the subscription ends. Your draft and your data stay in your account, so nothing is destroyed the moment you ask.
What if I ask on day 31?
The guarantee is 30 days from your first payment. After that you can cancel to stop future payments, which is a different thing from a refund.
