You do not need to explain your decision or prove that something went wrong. The guarantee applies to Core, Growth and Command.

Your first subscription payment starts the clock. Exploring demos or preparing a preview does not.

What the refund covers

Your first Torva subscription payment. Payments made separately to third parties, such as your domain registrar or payment processor, are not payments to Torva.

Contact Torva support from your account within the 30-day window and request your subscription refund. No sales call or explanation required.
