Do I need my own domain for email?
To send marketing email as your brand, yes. The guided setup walks through connecting the domain you own and the records that let email send from it.
What can Claude actually change?
On Growth, nothing: it reads orders, stock and your catalog. On Command it can also draft storefront and email changes, which wait for you to review — it cannot publish or send. Command also adds full API access and webhooks for anything you want to build yourself.
