What this does
One place listing every service Torva can connect to, what each one enables, and the state of yours.
Before you start
An account with whichever service you are connecting.
Steps
- Open Integrations.
- Filter by category if the list is long.
- Select a service to see what it does and connect it.
- Some connect with one button on the provider's own site; others need a key you paste in.
What happens next
Availability describes what Torva can do with a service. Connected means your own account is attached and verified. Those are different things and the page says which is which.
Common problems
It says connected but nothing is happening. Look at the capability rows underneath. A connection can be live while one thing it does is degraded.
My key was rejected. Torva checks a key against the provider before storing it, so a rejection means the provider said no — usually a key with the wrong permissions or from the wrong account.
A connection stopped working on its own. Keys expire and get rotated. Reconnect it.
Still stuck?
Ask Torva from inside your account. It knows everything in this article and can also see what your own store is currently doing, so it can answer for your situation rather than in general.
