Storefront design

Write an FAQ that reduces back-and-forth.

Turn recurring support questions into specific, maintainable answers.

Start with real questions

Collect the questions customers ask before buying and after ordering. Group them by shopping, documentation, shipping and support. Questions should sound like the visitor, not like a marketing department describing a feature.

“Where can I find the certificate for my lot?” is more useful than “What is our commitment to transparency?” The first creates a clear answer and a next step.

Give each answer an action

Lead with the answer, add the important condition, then link to the relevant page or contact route. Keep time-sensitive details tied to the policy that owns them so they do not drift across several pages.

Example: “Open Documentation and search for the product and lot. If the document is missing, contact support with the lot number.” That answer explains what to do without claiming every file is already available.

  • Avoid promising a shipment date your operation cannot support.
  • Explain manual-payment confirmation separately from order placement.
  • Use exact contact details and working page links.
  • Remove questions that duplicate the same answer.

Maintain the FAQ like product content

Review answers when payment methods, shipping rules or documentation change. Record the owner of each subject so a policy change reaches both the policy page and the FAQ.

Preview long answers on mobile and test the accordion with a keyboard. Important purchase information should also appear where the decision happens; an FAQ is support, not a hiding place.
