Write to a group of customers who have consented, preview it, and send.

What this does
Composes and sends a one-off email to a group of your customers.
Before you start
- A verified sending domain. See Set up sending.
- Customers who have consented to marketing.
Steps
- Open Email and select New campaign.
- Choose who it goes to. Torva shows how many of them can actually be written to.
- Write it, or describe what you want and edit the draft it produces.
- Send a test to yourself.
- Send.
What happens next
Messages are queued and sent through your provider. Delivery results come back and appear against the campaign.
Common problems
My audience is smaller than my customer list. It excludes anyone who has not consented to marketing and anyone who has unsubscribed. That is the law, not a setting.
Nothing sent. See Emails are not sending.
A draft invented a discount I do not offer. Drafts are reviewed before sending for exactly this reason. Edit it.
