Invite a colleague, choose what they can do, and remove them when they leave.

What this does
Controls who can open your store in Torva and what they can do once they are in.
Before you start
- Owner permissions.
- Their email address.
Steps
- Open Settings → Team.
- Select Invite.
- Enter their email and choose a role: owner, admin or staff.
- Send. They get an email with a link to join.
What happens next
- Owner can do everything, including billing, team and privacy.
- Admin runs the store day to day but cannot change ownership or billing.
- Staff can work orders and stock but not change settings or see payouts.
Common problems
They did not get the invitation. Check spam, and that the address is right. You can resend it.
Someone has left and I need them out now. Remove them from the team. You can also sign them out of every device from Security.
I want to hand over ownership. Make them an owner first, then remove yourself.
