Your Torva plan and bill
What you pay Torva, what your plan includes, how to move to a bigger one or cancel, and where your receipts live.

What this does
Shows the plan this store is on, everything that plan includes, and what Torva charges for it. This is Torva's own bill to you — separate from the payments your customers make, which live in Payments.
Torva sells three plans. Core is $99 a month, Growth is $199, Command is $399. Each one includes everything in the plan below it.
Before you start
- Owner or admin permissions.
- Your customer payment setup is a different thing and does not affect this page.
Steps
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Current plan names your plan and lists what it includes. Compare plans opens a side-by-side table of all three, so you can see exactly which features move with each step.
- To move up, select Change plan, pick the plan you want, and continue to checkout.
- Payment method, Billing contact and Invoices are further down the same page.
- To cancel, go to Plan changes and select Cancel plan. The page shows the date your access ends, what happens to your storefront and data, and whether your first payment is still inside the 30-day money-back guarantee. Select Cancel at end of period to confirm, or Keep my plan to leave it as it is. Only the store owner can cancel.
What happens next
An upgrade is charged the day you make it and unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed — you do not wait for your renewal date. The unused days on your old plan are refunded to your card automatically, so you are not billed twice for the same week.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Until then nothing changes, and the page says Cancels on and the date. You are not charged again. On that date your storefront goes offline and stops taking orders. Nothing is deleted: you can still sign in to the Desk and export everything from Settings → Advanced, and Torva keeps your data for at least 90 days after the plan ends. Subscribe again on any plan to put the store back online.
If your current period was free (a 100% discount code), there is no paid period to run out, so cancelling ends the plan straight away. The page warns you before you confirm.
Cancelling always works from this page: if our payment provider does not confirm it straight away, Torva records it, finishes it for you before the renewal date, and you are not charged again.
Changed your mind before the date? Select Keep my plan on the same page and it renews as normal. If the page ever cannot keep the plan itself, it says so: email support@torvaos.com and it is done the same day.
Moving down to a smaller plan is done with Torva rather than with a button here. That is deliberate: a downgrade switches off features your store may be relying on, and that should not happen on a misclick. Write to support@torvaos.com and it is handled the same day.
Torva's subscriptions are paid through Whop's secure checkout. Your card is held by Whop, never by Torva — Torva does not store card numbers. The provider also issues your invoices and holds the authoritative copy of each one, which is why they appear here rather than being generated by Torva.
Your billing contact is deliberately separate from your store's own email address, so renewal notices and receipts go to whoever handles the money rather than to the inbox your customers write to.
Common problems
It says this workspace is not billed. It is a development or internal workspace, so nothing is charged for it and no provider is connected. Everything on the page is showing you what billing will look like once one is.
There is no renewal date. No subscription has started yet. A date appears once the first payment goes through.
What is the founding offer? The previous $799 Command founding offer is closed to new subscriptions; its original deadline was October 15, 2026. Existing founding subscriptions retain their agreed monthly rate while continuously subscribed. The rate belongs to that store and cannot be transferred. New subscriptions use the current Core $99, Growth $199 and Command $399 monthly plans.
Can I get my money back? Your first Torva payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: write to support@torvaos.com within 30 days of it and it is refunded in full. Cancelling does not refund it on its own, so ask as well as cancelling. Later payments are not refundable, but cancelling stops them.
I cancelled by mistake. Select Keep my plan in Settings → Billing any time before the date it cancels on. Your plan, price and renewal date stay as they were.
Cancel plan is greyed out. Only the store owner can cancel; admins see the plan but cannot end it. If it says Nothing to cancel, the store has no active subscription.
Is there a setup fee or a cut of my sales? No. Torva charges the monthly plan price only — no setup fee, no transaction fee, no share of your sales.
I want to pay yearly. The launch offer is billed monthly in US dollars. Annual subscriptions are not available yet.
I have no invoices. They appear as soon as billing starts, and are issued by the billing provider rather than by Torva.
My tax ID field will not let me type. It becomes editable once billing is connected, so that the provider and Torva can never disagree about who to invoice.
Change plan is not offered. You are already on Command, which includes everything Torva sells.
I am near my monthly order limit. Core includes 300 orders a month and Growth 750; Command has no ceiling. Passing the limit does not switch your store off — it is the point at which a bigger plan is the honest answer.
Still stuck?
Ask Torva from inside your account. It knows everything in this article and can also see what your own store is currently doing, so it can answer for your situation rather than in general.
