What this does
Answers questions about Torva, and about your store specifically. The same assistant everywhere: on the website it knows the product, and inside your account it also knows your orders, payments, stock, connections and the page you are looking at.
Before you start
Nothing.
Steps
- Select Ask Torva.
- Ask in your own words — "why is revenue down today", "why has this affiliate not been paid", "how do I change my payout bank".
- For anything that would change your store, Torva shows you what it proposes and waits for you to approve it.
What happens next
Questions about how Torva works and analyses of your own store are counted separately, and how many you get depends on your plan. Ask Torva tells you where you stand before you run out rather than after.
When it inspects your store, it reports what it actually measured — and says plainly when something could not be checked, rather than guessing.
Common problems
It said it could not measure something. It means it. A blind spot stated is more useful than a confident answer built on half the evidence.
It will not make a change for me. Anything touching payments, refunds, access, payouts or store-wide settings is shown as a proposal for you to approve. That is deliberate.
I have run out for this month. Allowances reset on the first of the month. Questions about how Torva works and store analyses are counted separately, so running out of one leaves the other.
