What this does
Everything about partners who sell for you: who they are, what they have sent, what they have earned, and what you owe them.
Before you start
- A Pro or Enterprise plan.
- A decision about your commission rate.
Steps
- Open Affiliates.
- Set up your program: commission rate, terms, and whether partners apply or are invited.
- Invite partners, or approve the ones who apply.
- Each partner gets a tracked link and, if you use them, a coupon code.
What happens next
A visit through a partner's link is remembered, and an order that follows is credited to them. Commission is created when the order qualifies and becomes payable after your return window.
Common problems
A partner says they sent a sale that is not showing. Check Affiliate commissions — attribution has a window, and a customer who came back weeks later through a different route may fall outside it.
Most of my partners never send anything. Normal, and the real problem in most programs. The number worth watching is how many partners sent traffic this month, not how many are on the roster.
