What it means for a research store
A catalog code can help organize inventory, but buyers, laboratories and payment providers still need accurate product identification. Keep the actual material identifiable in product records, labels and supporting documentation, with an explicit mapping between inventory codes and their actual materials.
Do not replace names, URLs, labels or documentation to conceal a restricted product from a reviewer. A filename or catalog string alone is not evidence of text printed inside a photo; uncertain image findings require manual review.
Factual specifications, authentic lot-matched COAs and research-use-only declarations support transparent review. Codes, cosmetic edits and disclaimers do not make a prohibited product eligible.
How Torva OS handles it
Torva OS preserves factual product names and original photos, and flags potential policy issues for review. Automatic compound-to-code recoding is not offered, and Torva does not guarantee processor approval.
