Read the finding and the source

A score tells you where to look; it does not explain the whole issue. Open the affected page or product, compare the recorded evidence with what is currently published and decide whether the finding still applies.

Keep the specific concern visible. “Review product copy” is a task. “Store compliant” is a much broader claim that a content review tool cannot establish.

Make one clear change

Suppose a product links to a missing document. Identify the intended product and lot, obtain the correct original file, review the match and publish the corrected reference through the appropriate workflow. Do not attach a similar-looking document merely to clear a warning.

Record the action and check the customer-facing result. A finding can be resolved in the admin while the published page still points to an old destination.

• Confirm the affected store and page.
• Assign someone who can review the underlying facts.
• Keep evidence for the decision.
• Recheck the published result after the change.

Keep responsibility explicit

Some findings require business, scientific or legal judgment beyond a software suggestion. Escalate them to the appropriate person rather than treating an automated recommendation as approval.
